Sat 25 May - Track work morning at Yellomundee, 8.30am – 12.00: Now that the track edges are under control, we are moving into track improvements and erosion control – so we need wheelbarrows and a few utes to move soil – and lots of people with shovels and rakes. BBQ by WSMTB afterwards.
WSMTB have paid for 32 tonnes of clean fill to be delivered to Yellomundee RP on Saturday 12 Jan 2013. This will be used through the year to restore damages tracks, and make the existing ones more sustainable. Many thanks to the volunteers from WSMTB who helped prepare the Summer Series track for 20 Jan, and moved a few tonnes of the fill to a stockpile up near the Tower of Power!
